Frequently asked questions

What should I bring for my first visit?

A photo ID, your insurance card or policy number, all previous reports and scans, and a list of the medicines you take.

Can I get a cost estimate before admission?

Yes. After your consultation we give a written estimate for the advised procedure, including room category. Request one on the appointment page.

How does cashless insurance work?

Our TPA desk sends a pre-authorisation request to your insurer. Once approved, covered charges are settled directly; you pay non-covered items and any co-payment.

What are the visiting hours?

[Visiting hours — to confirm]. One attendant may stay with each inpatient.
